Care for your car,
with clearer steps.

We organize the service journey between the car owner and the repair center: a stated service, inspection and quotation, and explicit approval before any additional work.

Why is this idea worth testing?

This preview is a prototype; do not send live bookings or membership requests.

Market context · official sources

A large base, and an opportunity that needs proof.

The following figures describe the Saudi environment, not the expected number of customers or the revenue of a Siyanah app.

15.8 million+

registered and operating vehicles at the end of 2024

6.9% annual growth, according to General Authority for Statistics data.

99.4%

Vehicles are not equal to the number of unique owners, and connectivity rates do not establish users' willingness to book through a platform.

For car owners

Know the next step before you begin.

Instead of an opaque journey between searching and calling, the prototype clarifies the service, center information, and what needs your approval.

01

Search with your details

Filter services and centers in your area, and distinguish between a stated price and an experimental indicative price.

02

Approve before repair

Review the inspection and quotation; no additional work moves to execution without separate approval.

03

Follow the journey

See request statuses, a completion summary, and warranty information in one clear experience.

▤ For workshop and service-center owners

From service visibility to request management.

A concept for a portal that helps the center provide clear information, respond to a request, and send a quotation for review.

Preview a trial center registration The registration prototype is local and does not reach a real business or team.

Organized catalog

Services, scope, and stated price or non-disclosure status.

Request and appointment

Accept, decline, or suggest an alternative appointment for the customer.

Explainable quotation

Separate labor, parts, time, warranty, and additions.

Tracking and accountability

A status for every step and a clear window for handling complaints.

For investors

The opportunity is not downloads; it is execution discipline.

The testable bet is to improve service transparency, response speed, and completion quality in a small geographic area, then expand the network when request economics are proven.

Revenue hypotheses under test

Commission on completed requests

To be tested after completion and margin are proven, not merely upon request registration.

Workshop operating tools

A potential subscription when the requests and quotations dashboard provides recurring value to the center.

Fleet contracts later

A growth path contingent on reliable service, reporting, and operations that suit businesses.

These are potential paths, not current revenue or agreements.

What do we measure before expanding?
01Time to first response and the share of requests receiving a comparable quotation.
02Acceptance and completion rates, cancellation, and repeat usage.
03Variance between the invoice and approved quotation, and customer-acquisition cost.
04Contribution margin after support, promotion, and fees.

No operating figures or expected returns are published before they are measured in the field.

We start with density and quality in focus.

Initial assumption: a limited pilot in Riyadh, then expansion when workshop response, customer experience, and a positive margin after service cost are proven.

Clear from the outset

What does the preview offer today?

The product prototype explains the proposed way of working; it is not a live commercial booking service at this time.

Are bookings and workshop requests real?

No. The current version is a prototype and does not send bookings, complaints, or data to workshops or a service team.

Are the listed centers Siyanah partners?

No. Including business names from public sources in the presentation prototype does not indicate a partnership or accreditation. No unpublished prices or ratings are attributed to them.

How are prices presented?

Published prices from the business are shown when available. Any general indicative figures in the prototype are labeled experimental, and any additional work requires separate approval.

Will the app launch across all of Saudi Arabia?

The initial assumption is a limited pilot in Riyadh, with the preview focused on the industrial area. Expansion depends on proving operating quality, demand, and profitability.
